We inspect your public booking path and give you a written, evidence-backed report naming between three and five specific places where booking demand is being lost, ranked by what to fix first.

This is an inspection, not a performance agreement. We do not guarantee more bookings, more revenue, or any specific result. What you are buying is a documented, evidence-backed account of where your public booking path loses demand, and a ranked list of changes. Whether those changes get made, and what happens when they do, is outside our control.

Refunds

Cancel before we start and you get a full refund. Once the report link is issued, the work is done and there is no refund. If we miss the stated five business days by more than three business days, you can cancel for a full refund.

What we inspect

  • the mobile rendering of your site at a real phone viewport
  • whether the first booking call-to-action is visible without scrolling
  • click-to-call and WhatsApp links, and whether they resolve
  • your quote or booking flow counted in fields and steps, up to but never past the payment step
  • whether airport pickup procedure, luggage, waiting time and cancellation terms are stated anywhere
  • which routes and airports you say you serve, and which of those have no page of their own
  • page indexability, HTTPS, broken links, structured data presence
  • which conversion events fire in the browser, and which do not
  • your public review profile, volume and recency

What you get

  1. a private report page at a link only you hold
  2. three to five ranked findings; each carries what was observed, the evidence, why it costs money, the specific change to make, an effort estimate, and a stated falsification or caveat
  3. a 30-day recovery sequence ordered by effort against likely effect
  4. every screenshot and page snapshot taken during the inspection, with timestamps
  5. a one-page summary suitable for forwarding internally

What this does not include

  • we do not implement any change at this price
  • we do not access your booking system, ad accounts, analytics, CRM or phone records
  • we do not contact your customers
  • we do not submit a test booking or trigger a payment
  • we do not audit vehicles, drivers, licensing, insurance or operations
  • we do not provide keyword volume, competitor spend or market-size figures without a named source
  • we do not guarantee, project or estimate your revenue

How we know what we say

Every finding names what we observed, the URL we observed it on, and the time we observed it.

We work only from pages that are public. We ask for no logins and no account access.

We do not know your revenue and we do not claim to; where a money figure appears, it is labelled as an assumption with the inputs printed next to it.

Privacy, in plain terms

We collect

  • the website, phone number and routes you tell us to inspect
  • the name and email of the person who receives the report
  • the public pages we fetch during the inspection, stored as timestamped snapshots
  • a first-party visit cookie so we can tell a real visit from a bot

We do not collect

  • payment card details — Whop handles the payment and we never see the card
  • logins, API keys or account access of any kind
  • your customers, their bookings, or anything from your booking system
  • cross-site tracking, advertising identifiers or device fingerprints

Report evidence is kept for 24 months so a finding can still be checked against what we saw. Visit records are kept for 90 days.

Email us and we delete your report, its evidence and your contact record within 30 days, and confirm when it is done.
